What is the best way to look after my tree and keep it fresh for as long as possible?
-Ideally your tree should not be purchased prior to the 2nd week of December to keep your tree fresh throughout the festive season.
-Once you have taken your tree home remove the netting & keep your tree outside until you decide to take it indoors.
-If possible, use a water-holding tree stand for better needle retention.
-If you are using a water-holding tree stand please remember to saw 5cm from base prior to placing it in the stand. This will allow the tree to start absorbing water again.
-When choosing where to place your Christmas Tree make sure it is positioned in a cool, dry place away from direct heat.

Where do you deliver to?
Wholesale –
We are always happy to discuss the possibility of accepting an order to any location requested. We currently have customers all over the UK and Ireland.
Retail –
Please enter your postcode during the checkout process to see if delivery is available. We do deliver on selected dates for retail orders for an additional fee. Choose your date during the checkout process.
How can I cancel or change my order?
What happens if the goods I receive are faulty?
Please phone us to tell us what the problem is, and we will be more than happy to discuss the issue and try to resolve the problem.
For wholesale orders trees must be off loaded from the pallet within 24 hours of delivery and any problems reported. No complaint will be valid unless it has been reported within 48 hours of trees being delivered.
